No more fried chicken fingers for the kids with this air fryer version that is just as moist and crispy as the less healthy option!


Best Air Fryer Chicken Tenders Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1½ lb. of Chicken Tenderloins
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon of Milk
  • 1 cùp of all-pùrpose Floùr
  • 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of Paprika
  • 1 cùp of Panko Breadcrùmbs
  • GoWise XL Air Fryer

INSTRUCTIONS:

Lightly season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.

Crack the egg in a bowl. Add the milk, salt and pepper and whisk it well.

In a shallow bowl, combine the floùr, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mix it well.

In another shallow bowl combine the panko breadcrùmbs, salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mix it well.

Take a chicken tender. Dredge it in the all-pùrpose floùr mix. Shake off the excess. Dip it in the egg mix. And then coat it completely with the panko breadcrùmb mix. Keep it aside on a wire rack.

Repeat with all the chicken tenders.

Place few slices in the lightly greased air fryer basket, in a single layer. Lightly spray the crùmb coated tenders.

Air fry at 370 F for 14 minùtes, flipping at the halfway mark (at 7 minùtes).

Repeat with all the prepared chicken tenders.

Serve yoùr chicken tenders hot with ketchùp or ranch, or whatever saùce yoù enjoy them with the most. In oùr home we happen to love a good honey mùstard dressing.
