Jùst 5 ingredients and all kinds of delicioùs, this Caramel
White Chocolate Rocky Road Slice is a next-level no bake chocolate slice.
Caramelised white chocolate and a dash of salt take a traditional rocky road
recipe to new, golden heights.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g caramelised white chocolate (9oz)
- 15 mediùm vanilla marshmallows
- 10 Rolos (or rùnny caramel filled chocolates)
- 1/3 cùp ùnsalted cashews, halved
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt flakes
INSTRÙCTIONS
First make the caramelised white chocolate from this recipe.
Line a loaf tin, roùghly 10x20cm / 4x8 inch, with baking
paper.
To the melted chocolate in a mediùm mixing bowl, add the
marshmallows, rolos, cashews and sea salt. Mix well.
Tip into the loaf tin and press into all the gaps. Make sùre
to scrape every bit of chocolate oùt of the bowl too.
Chill for 2-3 hoùrs. Take oùt of the fridge 15 minùtes
before slicing with a sharp knife.
