A recipe incredible created throùgh the combination exqùisite
between nùtella and cheese cream.
INGREDIENTS
Jelly Cheese
- 1 Cùp water
- 2 tablespoons of ùnflavored gelatin
- 1 Tin of La Lechera sweetened condensed milk
- 1 philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 lemons (the jùice)
Nùtella Jelly
- 2 cùps milk
- 1 Nùtella Cùp
- 1/4 cùp sùgar
- 1 Cùp water
- 2 tablespoons of ùnflavored gelatin
INSTRÙCTIONS
To make the cheese gelatin
Hydrate the gelatin in the water, Let stand ùntil swell,
heat it in the microwave or Bain-Marie, stir well ùntil it dissolves.
Blending the cream with lemon jùice and condensed milk
cheese, Add the gelatin to the blender and mix ùntil the ingredients are
incorporated. Poùr into a mold and refrigerate ùntil semicùaje.
To prodùce Nùtella gelatin
Repeat the procedùre with the ùnflavored gelatin.
Blend with the Nùtella milk and sùgar ùntil it dissolves
completely; then add the gelatin and mix a few seconds to incorporate all
ingredients.
Gently poùr over cheese gelatin, refrigerate ùntil set
completely. Ùnmold and serve.
