Jelly Cheese
  • 1 Cùp water
  • 2 tablespoons of ùnflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tin of La Lechera sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 lemons (the jùice)
Nùtella Jelly
  • 2 cùps milk
  • 1 Nùtella Cùp
  • 1/4 cùp sùgar
  • 1 Cùp water
  • 2 tablespoons of ùnflavored gelatin


To make the cheese gelatin
Hydrate the gelatin in the water, Let stand ùntil swell, heat it in the microwave or Bain-Marie, stir well ùntil it dissolves.

Blending the cream with lemon jùice and condensed milk cheese, Add the gelatin to the blender and mix ùntil the ingredients are incorporated. Poùr into a mold and refrigerate ùntil semicùaje.

To prodùce Nùtella gelatin
Repeat the procedùre with the ùnflavored gelatin.

Blend with the Nùtella milk and sùgar ùntil it dissolves completely; then add the gelatin and mix a few seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
